Job Description

IT Function under Finance and Admin Department

1. Support all account users as IT help desk

2. Communicate with Regional IT team to provide required reports

3. Join GIS teleconference to update IT related information

4. Provide and manage all IT inventory lists

5. Support to provide adequate Internal controls for IT related operations

6. Monitor network condition and improve company's IT environment

7. Update required security condition for each computer

8. Review running costs frequently and propose cost reduction plan

9. Support other dept. to install required software

Requirements

1. Active directory

2. Exchange / Cloud

3. Security management

4. Reporting / Monitoring

5. SCCM

6. CISCO / WLAN / LAN / VLAN / IPV4 / NAT / WAN / Routing / CCNA / CCNP Preferable

7. Inventory control

8. Network security

【Required Language Skills】

1. Japanese : Native/Fluent (JLPT N1)

2. English : basic level (to be able to communicate with region/global IT team, IT vendors/network companies (orange etc.)
