Job Description
This is a position where you promote business and process improvement activities at the product center of your company's operations.

The report line is a direct report to overseas


・Partner with site operations and through operational observations, provide assessments of operations for improvement opportunities related to safety, service, productivity, cost reduction, and/or

process simplification.

・Effectively use tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Root cause analysis, 5S, Total Quality Management, Etc.

・Define and share best practices between sites.

・Assist in the implementation of new processes, software applications, and/or hardware.

2) Qualifications

【Required Experience】

・Experience in leading improvement projects and various Kaizen activities (5+ years of experience)

・Experience of Lean Six Sigma

【Required Skills】

・High English communication skills (speaking/reading/writing) *Fluent writing is a must.

・Communication skills

・Data-Driven skills

【Preferred Experience/Skills】

・ Knowledge/experience of the inter-logistics environment (warehouse)

・ Good Analytical skills

・ MTM/MOST experience (Methods Time Measurement)

・ Experience in facilitating improvement workshops

・ Experience in delivering Lean Six Sigma training
