Job Description1. Technical Support Associate/Analyst provides the company's customers with hands-on support for hardware and software incidents including access problem that cannot be resolved remotely and escalated from Abroad Service Desk Services.
2. Technical Support Associate/Analyst works with local/global co-workers in various projects and plays a role in assisting in the deployment of new technologies and applications.

-Network skill: Operation OR construction experience in IT Infrastructure (Foundation) for 1 year above;
-English is required (Business level);
As a daily work, communication with offshore members by mail / Skype chat / Skype call is necessary. So Reading / Writing / conversation skill in English is required;
-Business Level of Japanese is required to a Foreigner because daily communication is necessary between Accenture employees, vendors and Clients.
-Customer support experience;
-Professional Knowledge and business experience in Router and switch of Cisco network Products or Juniper Products is Preferred;
-Security skill: Firewall experience etc.
-Ruggedness (able to work every day except Saturday & Sunday)
-Work location: Tokyo & Kanagawa
-Team work Ability
