Job Description
Internal Control and Audit
• Assess and evaluate level of internal control on identified risks in line with corporate guidelines
• Conduct store/office audit and follow-up
• Monitor and create regular reports for prevention and detection
• Support/coordinate/follow-up internal audits performed by LVM/LVMH Internal Control team
• LVM procedures adaptation/implementation/training
• Local procedures creation and/or improvement
Risk Management
• Assess and identify risks
• Business Continuity Plans update/improvement/training working with related departments
• Review and improve security level at store/ events in liaison with Security specialist.

• Education: University graduate

• Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in Internal Control/Audit

• Skills
Strong organizational and communication skills both written and verbal Analytical skills and good at documentation and presentation
Good PC skills (especially Excel, Power Point)
Experience in retail business is a plus

• Abilities/Personality
Ability to develop good work relationship with all other departments
Action oriented
Ability to work under stress
Can present the unvarnished truth in an appropriate and helpful manner and keep confidences

• Language:
Japanese native
