As a member of the in-house Helpdesk group, face-to-face support team, you will provide IT support. It's including 'on-site support' for executives and their secretaries.
Provide high quality services as an express service staff member
Help improve the service of the Internal Helpdesk while working with other Helpdesk members
Through improving the productivity and quality of Helpdesk services we provide, you will contribute to improving the productivity of our group employees and expanding the company's business.
Be able to make appropriate and quick decisions on your own
More than 2 years' experience in an IT support role (HW, SW, Network, etc.)
High communication skill is appreciated
ITIL Foundation certificate holder
