Job Description

Support the processes of developing and deployment of applications which effectively support the business through customer focussed IT solutions (implementation of software, user training and maintenance)

Japan & Korea
Advise all stakeholders on all systems related issues, this can involve anything from answering a simple query by phone, following-up on outstanding issues logged with HQ (Korea with the support of external vendor)
Understand internal customer requirements and managing third parties to ensure these are met, ensuring that all parties are kept informed of any system developments that may affect them.
Provide technical helpdesk support for local market office (Korea with the support of external vendor)
Provide support to manage local vendor relations and support contracts for IT.
Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, which includes data and voice network, servers and user IT support. Provide a stable and reliable IT infrastructure environment
Provide support (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing) in order to maintain their productivity level.
*Report to HQ for future improvement
Responsible for backup systems and disaster contingencies

APAC
Responsible for the provision of IT infrastructure services in conjunction with CIO office and APAC Business Systems Manager
Support the Business Systems Manager in developing an annual business plan and operating budget for technology systems and monitor the implementation to ensure that the financial targets are met.
In conjunction with the Business Systems Manager help negotiate service level agreements with both internal and external customers and service providers and monitor service delivery to ensure the agreed targets and standards are met across APAC
In collaboration with local IT either in-store technology resources or third party vendor to ensure the seamless delivery of technology strategies to agreed service levels. (Korea)
Support local markets relationship with the internal customers and IT users in order to collect business requirements and operational needs
Support the implementation of policies, procedures and standards relating to information systems and usage across Asia (based on HQ direction).

Requirements

3-5 experience in IT systems management at a local and regional level
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Data base knowledge and maintenance of pc network and sever
Fluent in both Japanese and English
