Job Description

As an Inventory Allocation Manager, you will:
• Analyze historical and current sales trend to develop bottoms-up sales inventory plan, following financial and retail targets
• Partner with Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Store Operations to develop store minimum presentation units, back-stock capacities, replenishment and consolidation
• Develop, execute, and communicate transfers from inline to outlet stores, as well as new store openings
• Manage store inventory levels, business needs and capacity constraints
• Manage allocation submissions and product delivery updates
• Manage product master for season codes and pricing changes, organize price tag shipment to stores
• Communicate regional and store level sales performance, inventory productivity and action plans

Requirements

• University degree
• 5+ years of experience in retail inventory planning and allocation with a retail company
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High business level English, Native/Fluent Japanese
• Strong problem solving skills and communication
