• Responsible for the day-to-day running of stores.
• Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
• Responding to customer complaints and comments.
• Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues.
• Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.
• Assists in recruiting efforts and interviewing process for all charmer available positions.
• Will take an active role in training and development of Associates
• Provides prompt support to store management in assisting with store promotions and visual merchandising
• Takes proactive role in establishing and carrying out all company policies including shrinkage control disciplines and programs
• Assists in distributing work assignments to Associates and ensures store maintenance, cleaning and appearance is up to company standards at all times
• Maintains store-level compliance with company standards of safety, security, facility maintenance, postings/notifications and other administrative duties

• Minimum 2-year experience in an Apparel Industry, multi-million-yen fashion retail environment is required
• Considerable knowledge of retail systems, HR practices and retail operations
• Keen ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Excellent organization and reasoning skills
• Acute attention to detail – with a strong ability to prioritize and execute tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively with store managers.
• Effective planning, organization, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated successful experience in a sales position that involved negotiating complex transactions with mid-level management positions or similar experience.
• Skilled in conducting required territory analysis and planning.
• High degree of personal integrity; sense of duty to contribute meaningfully and an attitude willing to share credit for accomplishment.
• Professional and approachable style; able to work with various functions to understand their business and skill needs.
