Title: Japan Operations Manager

Objective & Purpose
The Japan Operations Manager in the Japanese subsidiary is the central interface between headquarters, service providers, and suppliers in Japan.

He or she ensures that all work steps are documented transparently and that all operational processes in and around the Japanese company function smoothly. This role would be involved in a lot of business units, such as Operations, Logistics & Project Lead, HR & Accounting, eCommerce, and Backoffice. Especially, they expect candidates to support cash register inquiries, as well as interface(s) to suppliers, invoicing process, and annual inventory organization & accounting.

The JOP is also responsible for the central key figure reporting to headquarters. In cooperation with other roles in Japan and with the HQ, the JOP is responsible for recruiting and matching all organizational staff in Japan.

Requirements
Professional Skills
-Good understanding of online shop
-Experienced in retail or eCommerce
-Experienced in project management
-Responsible, structured and an affinity for problem-solving
-Business level English
