Job Description
As a Junior HRBP, your main responsibilities will be the following:

Organizational Development, 40%:
• Recruiting
Communicate with the recruiting agencies / Direct sources to find the potential candidates
Arrange interviews with the respective managers and gather the result of the interviews
Corporate with plat form HR recruiting team, support for the onboarding process
Conduct follow-up interview with new joiners to sense the personal risks
• Arrange & Facilitate for Coatings Solutions Talent Management activities /arrange the meetings or session
Deeply involve with Plant operator talent development
Training and communicate to promote the Success Factor input ratio
• Talent Pool Management
Knowing high potential talents in Division and discuss the development plan with supervisor
• New Graduates/ Mid-career training support / Networking event arrangement

Labor Management, 30%:
• Guide and check the application for personnel change and arrange the announcement
• Documents preparation for union activities
• Consult for the overtime regulation to the managers together with HRBP manager
• Support the implementation of HR policies within Division
• Listen to the voice of the employees who has some concerns and report

Data Management 20%:
• Mass Data management and analysis in Excel such as performance management/ succession planning / overtime
• Analyze the exist of employees and managers for future improvement in the organization together with HR manager
• Support for arrangements to each events / workshop/ regional visitor HR topic meetings

Others 10%:
• Join the HRBP meeting / Monthly HR meeting
• Collaboration with HR plat form team and achieve the sustainable HR solution to the company
