This is a Junior HRBP||人事担当者 position.

Requirements

必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:

First Responsible for the recruitment of Japanese business departments, maintain and expand recruitment channels, use various effective recruitment channels to meet recruitment needs, and establish corresponding talent pools according to the actual situation of each position;

Understand the business conditions and team operations of the supported Japanese business units, understand the business strategy and promote the effective implementation of the HR strategy in the business unit;

For the business team situation, clear competency quality model, designer growth path and personnel training plan, effectively formulate and implement the talent development plan and follow up implementation;

Support the development of the team, apply professional theories, methods and tools to provide a comprehensive solution for the business team, including recruitment, training, performance, employee relations and other human resources work;

Promote the construction of corporate culture and the rapid development of business.
