Job description:
Developing business in responsible key accounts, promote company
product & solution and achieve sales revenue for responsible territory. This
position will be reporting to the Business Line Manager.

 Develop and execute an account strategy
 Achieve yearly sales target by focus on assigned key accounts in segment
application and implement sales activities
 Identify customer decision making process, build and maintain strong
relationship with key stakeholders at different level on customer side
 Find out customer needs, transformation opportunities through visits, line
audits, innovation events, etc.
 Organize sales activities in professional way, such as demo, seminars…etc.
to provide valuable solution,
 Act as Local Key Account Manager and work close with other members of
the organization in and outside of Japan

* Customer Relation / local face to customer
* Develop Customers
* Acquire projects
* Prepare quotes (together with Global Key Account Manager GKAM)
* Prepare cost estimates
* Track projects
* Manage the project tracking tools and provide information,
* Networking with other affiliates and with GKAM.

 Support the Global Key Account in sales and customer management as well
as relations,
 Regional / Local strategy for growth and business extension,
 Identify possible chances, bottlenecks, future business and prepare business
plans with recommended actions and related cost,
 Spare/Wear Part definition, pricing and quotes,
 Support for the relevant reports such as monthly lists, monthly calls, quarterly
reports, etc.
 Follow up customer complaints, cooperate with service and project team to
achieve customer satisfaction,
 Achieve sales target/ market share target and maximize company
- Promote brand image in the market,
- Cooperate with Finance department to improve payments,
- Continuous improve job required competence.

Experience requirements
 At least 5 years working experience as sales (experience in Automotive
industry is an advantage),
 Premium brands selling experience is required
 Key Account Management experience with an emphasis in projects
 Working in a multi-cultural environment

 Mechanical or electrical knowledge,
 PC skill is a must,
 Know How in pneumatic, electric and electronic components,
 Native Japanese language with good business command of English
languages (writing & speaking),

Educational requirements
 The successful candidate should have a university degree or above with
engineering background, an MBA is a plus.
