Improving the company on-boarding experience-
Improving the quality of various programs, Support for transition from training to practice.
Practice of Strategic Program and Introduction of Digital Learning Platform. The areas covered are divided into general-purpose skill training and specialized skill training required by each department. Various trainings to raise literacy are also being considered.
Main business contents:
Training for new employees of each corporation 50-250 people Scale x 4 weeks Program planning and execution.
Development / maintenance of training platform / infrastructure.
