Provide input into and implement Capability Development strategy according to the business/market demands, priorities and corporate strategy for the respective entity
RequirementsMinimum 4 Years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in IT companies
Oral and written communications skills in both Japanese and English
Strategic thinking and problem solving skills
