Job Description
Understand respective needs of individuals and teams. Identify or develop existing learning assets, creating viable solutions. Deploy knowledge, collaboration, communication and training enablers as outlined in the capability/leadership strategy. Partner with appropriate groups on implementation of programs

Provide input into and implement Capability Development strategy according to the business/market demands, priorities and corporate strategy for the respective entity

Requirements
Minimum 4 Years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in IT companies
Oral and written communications skills in both Japanese and English
Strategic thinking and problem solving skills
