Title: Training Management

- Create strategy for the training program/project
- Coordinate and delivery successful learning solutions/activities
- Analyze the effect of training programs by measuring survey results and feedback
- Analyze the needs by identifying the audience characteristics, skills and knowledge gaps and learning requirements
- Supervise team members to meet team/individual objectives

- Work experiences in HR for 4 years+
- Native in Japanese and Business level of English
