The candidate will be responsible for local logistic process and inventory adjustments

- With a good understanding of the logistics process, work closely with Logistic Dept, Warehouse and MD Team to coordinate logistic from HQ distribution center to the retail stores in Japan
- Monitor Logistic KPIs and report to management accordingly

- Supervise inventory process in stores and in back office locations
- Adjust inventory based on requests from stores/back office
- Manage non-merchandises stock, such as packaging, uniforms

- Manage to set up / modify local retail prices in the system based on requests from MD team
- Organize merchandise transfers between Japan and other regions upon request
- Organize import documentations such as TQ applications
- Manage 1 temp staff

- Knowledge in fashion apparel/leather goods, and in the retail industry is required
- Minimum 3 years experience working in logistics or product-related department at luxury brand, imported fashion apparel would be preferred
- Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
- The strong mind of responsibility, highly proactive and enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Native communication skills in Japanese and intermediate levels in English (mainly writing)
- A passion for the brand
