Ø To make coordination for logistics processes between warehouse / transportation companies and shops / internal parties.

Ø To make sure all product movement data in START system are reconciled with the physical count / movement.

Job Description
l In / Outbound, Warehouse control

-coordinate and arrange price tag department tag and sale tag
-coordinate working schedule in warehouse
-do liaison with warehouse
-coordinate urgent irregular deliveries
-make forecast of seasonal return and report to warehouse

l Inventory control, Stock take

-coordinate stock take in warehouse, office, repair laboratory and other repair service providers
-make stock adjustments in warehouse and stores
-settle discrepancies of merchandise returned from stores to warehouse
-coordinate stock movement within warehouse
-monitor and manage inventory in all locations and on transit

l Domestic transport control

-manage domestic delivery suppliers
-make arrangements for charter trucks
-make delivery instructions to warehouse for shipping materials
-update warehouse system for required delivery instructions and price tags by dept. stores
-do liaison with stores and warehouse for transport issues

l Payment control

-arrange payments and quotation for warehouse, transporters and material suppliers

Skills and Qualification

 Bachelor's degree such as business administration, logistics, supply chain or relevant field, are preferred, but not necessary
 Significant work experience as a logistics coordinator or another supply chain similar role
 Proven record of successful work experience in both distribution and logistics
 Problem-solving skills
 Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail
 Ability to analyse data and understand connections
 Exceptional analytical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills
 Able to prioritize work, delegate, and meet deadlines
 English skills are advantage, but not necessarily required.
