Manager, LCM & Business Development, Oncology

Contribute to positive outcome of negotiations; make significant deal and negotiation strategy structure recommendations

• Effectively assign, then monitor and influence the outcome of deals to be handled by directly reporting senior negotiators
• Enhance the group's effectiveness in securing value-adding deals
• Take a lead role in preparation and presentation of projects to be reviewed in DLT and DRM
• Major role in challenging and validating strategic and financial rationale of projects • Communicate to the key deal drivers, risks and opportunities, and make clear recommendations
• Forecasting, A&P control, KOL management, promotional materials review and NP4 compliance on EM products

• Quality management responsibility:
ü Ensure adequate reporting of adverse events / technical complaint / compliance issue in accordance with company procedures
ü 100% timely delivery of all training requirements including compliance
 Deliver Net Sales targets for major brands in the BF
 Analyze market situation and prepare actions
 Prepare 5-year Strategic Plan and the Integrated Product Strategy Plan (IDAPS), aligning within Japan and with Global Franchise strategy
 Develop solid brand positioning for each of major brands through by developing tactical plans aligning with other functions including medical, T-KAM, Sales planning and sales
 Prepare go-to-market plan and activities for any new products
 Drive enhanced medical expert engagement
 Build new capabilities in the organization (e.g., digital, account management)
 Drive associate engagement through continuous focus on high- performing teams, coaching and on managing work/life balance of the team
 Develop strong marketing talent pipeline and retain high potentials

• Degree in Marketing, Finance, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, related Science

Excellent Japanese & English communication ,negotiation skills (oral and verbal)
At least 2 years’ relevant experience in a regulated pharmaceutical area;
• First professional experience in project management, negotiation, business development;
• Demonstrated history of success in previous roles/assignments ;
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively within the pharmaceutical business ;
• Experience in working in an international and multi-disciplinary environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and leadership capabilities
• Excellent analytical ability and strategic thinking
