It produces, creates, and adapts advertising for brands across all media (video, digital, and music).

Job Description

You would be the single-point-of-contact for the agency, based on-site at a global pharmaceutical company working directly with their brand managers across multiple brands.
Your main responsibility would be to support and execute their marketing content plans, both online and offline.

What you’ll do:

 Work closely with the Content Intelligence Team to ensure processes and standards are being followed and execute governing best-practice content processes
 Partner with market brand manager throughout the content management lifecycle
 Manage all briefs (across channels) from the markets and the end to end production process.
 Proactively suggest ideas for content optimization to respective markets
 Local campaign development
 If Content Strategy support is required, liaise with Content Intelligence Team to help to identify best local content
 Coordinate the localization of global content for CPH market within a new modular content model
 Coordinate between Project/ Transcreation Management, CIT, local client/s and agencies
 Work closely with internal stakeholders e.g. Print, Digital, CIT, Transcreation & Broadcast
 Handle all aspects of local markets campaigns from planning through to delivery
 Manage regular meetings with local marketing teams, write and distribute meeting
actions
 Assist with financial reporting and smooth running of the finance function

Requirements

 Experience of working in a digital/content production role
 Production experience across channels
 High level of IT literacy, including usage of spreadsheets
 Strong numeracy skills
 Prioritization, time management and attention to detail
 Resilience and ability to work under pressure
 Fluent oral and written English essential and other languages desirable (language will vary depending on the role and location)
 Strong interpersonal skills
 Highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, proactive and possess excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of international brand challenges
 Experience managing and servicing international accounts with multiple stakeholders desirable
