Director, Pediatric & Urology Marketing at Top Global Pharmaceutical Maker

Job Description:

Main Accountabilities

・Phrasing and implementation of marketing strategy for particular sub-segment incl. development and implementation of concepts, campaigns and actions/plans Continuous work on market-driven positioning of accounted products

・Competition analysis of relevant sub-segments: Identification of changes and trends

・Monitoring and if necessary modification of marketing strategy of particular sub-segment

・Continuous detailed sales planning (SKU-Planning) in collaboration with the unit


Controlling. Planning and control of budget

・Management of stakeholders in close agreement with Head MSL, HEOR and Head Network Management

・Training on the products for new employees in unit marketing/sales in cooperation with Medical

・Project management (all phases)

・Identification, analysis, rating and implementation of Business Development opportunities (concessions, acquisitions)

・Represent the company in national and international boards as well as marketing events

Required Education/Qualifications/Skills:

•Business or natural scientific academic studies or equivalent

•At least 4 years of job experience with product management resp. pharmaceutical marketing

•Sales experience

•Excellent marketing skills

•Good computer skills (MS Office)

•Business fluent English, written/spoken

•Medical and health care politics expertise

•Stated success in project planning and project management
