The Marketing Manager will manage a wide variety of marketing programs as the right-hand person to Head of Marketing Japan – not a specialist role focusing on one specific job.
Her/his areas of work include branding, online/offline advertising, creative, events, and agency management (media buying, creative development), working closely with Central Marketing team in London and Japan Sales team
Take ownership of small projects and manage them at her/his own discretion
This position has no direct reports, however, can utilize the resource of other local marketing team members as needed on a task/project basis
Native Japanese with business level English proficiency
5-10 years of marketing experience with financial and/or technology companies
Knowledge and experience in some of the following marketing practices – strategic marketing, online marketing, offline marketing, brand management, media buying, creative development, content writing, and event planning & management
Knowledge of financial markets and investment/trading products
Familiar with multi-national, diverse work environment
