Job Description1. Develop a Region/country-specific marketing strategy which should blend and lay
emphasis on GTM (Go To Market) plan along with priorities of the local markets,
thereby ensuring optimal use of local communication channels
2. Ensure optimal allocation of assigned regional marketing budget and ensure an
effective spend of the budget against targets for the region.
3. Ensure all regional marketing activities and results are effectively communicated
to sales and other stakeholders. Deliver a coordinated (calendar) overview of all
regional marketing activities periodically.
4. Develop deep insights on all segments, adjacent markets and growth avenues in
the region. Use these insights to strategise for planning growth of the regional
Requirements• Very strong communication skills (both written and spoken)
• Good analytical skills with high proficiency in using MS Excel. This is a must-have skill.
• Should be confident to present at events and function as master of ceremony
• Skills in HTML, CMS, Adobe Photoshop design, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce.com,
Surveymonkey.com etc. desired but not essential
