An international scientific software company is in need of a Sales and Office Assistant at its Japan office. The applicant chosen for the role will be responsible for assisting the local office with sales operations and office administration activities.

Job Description
1. Share information on software products and quotations to dealers, customers, and colleagues
2. Record transactions and other data entry
3. Complete manual invoicing as needed
4. Mailing invoices and small orders (envelopes)
5. Answer customer phone calls regarding orders and quotations
6. Office management, ordering supplies
7. Fill out expense reports
8. Greet visitors including couriers and vendors
9. Process orders placed by e-mail/fax
10. Generate invoices, quotations and delivery slips
