This position is for a fast growing fintech company in Tokyo (Finance Technologies). With HQ in Japan, they also have offices in Hong-Kong, Vietnam and about to open a new one in Malaysia. With 80 employees, mostly engineers, now, they plan in developing more internationally and grow further.

職務内容 The Position:
This is an office manager position.
The business constant expansion in Japan and south-east Asia leads the company to hire a person to take over office management for their Tokyo office. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the start-up’s human resources in ways that are both simple and effective. In close collaboration with the CEO, you will conceive practical and creative ways to provide daily human resources guidance and support to the local management and staff. The team you will work with is driven and motivated to be knowledgeable. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high tenacity in challenging situations.
必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience:
- Back office of the three Japanese subsidiaries, management leader.
- Establishment of internal rules, meeting arrangement, planning and support for project progress, establishment of accounting system (negotiation with dealers), arrangement of internal and external contracts (accounting, contractual expertise is unnecessary)
- Coordination with general affairs and accounting members especially with the U.K. and Vietnam
- Japanese-English translation at conferences
