International IT company seeking an experienced office manager to support the Tokyo office.

Job Description
Assist other divisions in functions related to HR, recruiting, finance, accounting, legal etc.;
Lead day-to-day operations related to administrative and cross-functional support;
Provide great service & experience to clients and employees;
Act as contact person for remote offices;
Coordinate internal events;
Vendor communication;
Facility management.

Natural leader who also work well collaborating with others;
5+ years of office and/or project management experience;
Be familiar with basic HR and Finance functions;
Organized with great attention to detail;
Fluent in both English and Japanese;
Excellent communication skills;
Great interpersonal skills;

It's a plus if you have Executive Assistant experience and other language capabilities!
