Job Description
・Improve the store-operations efficiency
・Analyze sales related figures, propose methods to increase sales, and implement them.
・Implement new systems, new guideline and new work flow making sure all stores follow them in a solid way
・Coordinate the preparation of Retail & the Company key events
・Visit stores regularly to make sure the tactics are well implemented and act if the improvements are needed
・Handle general administrative job related to the Retail and store operations

- Preferable experience in project management, B to B sales, or in Retail Operations in Watch Jewelry industry
- Ability to manage projects (plan, implement, follow up)
- Intermediate level or higher at Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Self-starter & Proactive & Pragmatic
- Knowledge of marketing and related techniques/tools (analytical/scientific thinking)
- Native level at Japanese, business level at English
