Job Description
This is HR global mobility position
Main responsibilities include
- Supporting inbound and outbound employees on overseas assignment (expats)
- Localization and management of global expat rules
- Introducing of global projects and reporting to HQ
- Communication with global branches to support expats
- Calculating overseas payroll, currency adjustment, overseas bonus and process payment

- 5 + years experience in payroll calculation or same years of experience in global mobility (knowledge and experience related to payroll, income tax, social insurance related to overseas assignment)
- Native Japanese and business English (TOEIC 800+)
- Communication and team work skills
- Customer orientation
