Job Description
- Facilitate proactive communication with critical media including papers/magazines through press conference, test drives, media interviews
- Formulate and drive public relations programs with an aim of creating and sustaining a favorable public image for the company
- Create press releases, media relations content, executive bios, corporate newsletter contents, social media content and speaking proposals
- Identify, generate and implement communications strategies for key media contacts and audiences.
- Prepare briefing materials
- Address and manage inquiries/press car requests from media (print, online, TV)
- Research media coverage and industry trends depending on the models.
- Respond in a timely manner to inquiries from media and influencers
- Take charge of crisis communications
- Determine and manage budgets and expenses

Requirements
- Degree from a recognized university
- At least 5-10 years of public relations and/or marketing communications, preferably from automotive industry
- Driver’s License
- Extensive public relations knowledge and robust understanding of commercial business on client side
- Strong writing skills in Japanese and English
- Good project management skills
- Experience in creating corporate literature and other forms of communications materials
