You will work with the sales teams to support their administration needs.

Key qualities are outgoing and friendly personality. Able to work with many sales people and clients. You need to be very organized and have strong attention to detail.

Tasks will include:
Working with the finance team on invoicing and payment.
Manage future sales and billings in excel.
Create standard contracts.
Create quotations for clients for service implementation.

Requirements
Familiar with Microsoft Office. Experience working in sales administration. Understanding of basic finance, for example invoicing. Conversational English is helpful.
