HR Specialist

Processing and entering monthly payroll data aligning Service Level Agreements(SLA), company regulations and labor and tax laws:
- Ongoing deadline monitoring
- Booking cost
- Invoicing
- Prepare and submit required documents by outsourcers and authorities
- Deliver payroll letters
- Merit increase/Bonus calculation
- Calculating and booking payroll related provision
- Payroll budget data preparation
- File documents

DATA HANDLING - Master data maintenance - Checking of error lists from outsourcer and correction

CONTINUOUS PROCESS Improvement Optimization of administrative processes and interface handling by - Application of existing tools for efficient process within the SLAs - Improve existing tools to be more efficient in quality, costs and time


- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as payroll / benefit specialist in more than 500 employees company
Preferable experiences
- Preferable experiences related in HR project managements (Payroll process improvement, HR IT implementation, etc.)
- Technical skill of MS Excel (v-lookup, if function and pivot table) and Access
- Eager to learn
- Good communicator
- Customer focus
