Conduct new employee orientations to ensure employees gain an understanding of culture, rules and benefits of this company.
Deliver defined people & organization development activities/programs.
Assist with development/implementation of performance evaluation and rewards systems.
Communicate with each BU to identify necessary development area and support such development.
Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or equivalent
Masters/Second University Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or equivalent preferred
Minimum 2 years of project management experiences required
Minimum 3 years of international experiences required
Minimum 2 years of leadership experiences preferred
Minimum 7 years of Human Resources experiences required
