職務内容 - The Position:
This is a People Partner Manager (HRBP Manager) position.
The business constant expansion in leads to the need of a strong talent to lead human resources. They are looking for candidates who will accept the challenge of planning, improving, proposing and implementing strong initiatives. Requirements

必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
• Management of a small team.
• Establish and manage ongoing strong relationships with key stakeholders and other teams at local and global level
• Conduct the workforce planning and provide effective, thoughtful coaching & feedback to build management and leadership capabilities in Managers and Employees
• Link strategic business objectives in region with HR related programs, processes, and projects in territory/region and globally
• Design and deliver on business-critical People initiatives and projects
• Be an expert & thought leader in industry best practices around functional areas of new trends and opportunities to constantly raise the bar on HR deliverables.
