They have created some of the best-known and most iconic advertising campaigns of the last century. Today, their work helps brands become part of the popular culture across the world and engage with consumers in their daily lives. [Please note this is a 6 month contract position, with no guarantee of permanent employment.]

Job Duties
● General secretarial work such as: (travel arrangement, meeting adjustment, expense settlement, etc.)
● Create business documents such as global and draft of company-wide e-mail (Japanese-English)
● Processing and management of schedule, business trip, clearing etc.
● Visitor correspondence from overseas (travel) Arrangements, communication, adjustment of meeting schedule during stay, etc.
● Other, correspondence to request / sudden matters (when other executive secretary is absent or other schedules overlap)
● Interpreting Japanese -> English

Requirements
Requirements
● 2-3 years experience as an Personal Assistant, working in a foreign company and living in foreign countries.
● Proactive and Professional
● High interpersonal communication skills
● Flexibility
● Interpretation and document translation skills
● Fluent in both Japanese and English, both written and spoken

9:30 to 17:30
