Company Overview
An internationally integrated accounting firm specializing in accounting audit, tax and advisory, and accounting.

You will be a part of a dynamic and growing team supporting all business functions above with ambitious objectives, and your role will be to develop and provide additional value to the firm as a Personal Assistant (PA). 

This role supports the continued development of this firm, expanding its presence very rapidly in Japan on those business areas such as one-stop Accounting/payroll Outsourcing (AOS), Tax, Financial Advisory and Audit Services.

Job Description
◎Schedule managements
・Organize executives’ schedules with Microsoft Outlook upon requested
・Booking the necessary things with the plan or/and itinerary such as the requested flight, accommodation, restaurant etc in very timely manner

◎Documents managements
・Prepare the necessary documents with the requests from executives such as expense report, presentation materials, certain applications etc.
・Put every business document such as contracts, purchase order, goods receipt, invoices etc in order

◎Materials managements
・Liaison with HR, Marketing&Communication, Office Managers and other teams in Japan and overseas to make efficiently across the firm on usages of Materials such as presentation tools etc when necessary.

◎Translator and Interpreter when necessary
・Translations from Japanese/English to English/Japanese
・On Internal/External meeting, simple interpretation from Japanese/English to English/Japanese might be required with necessity

Requirements
・Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
・3 years+ (Executive) Personal Assistant experience
・Japanese language as native level
・TOEIC 800+
・Excellence on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
