Job Description

 As a pre-sales engineer collaborates with sales / sales companies to conduct proposal activities related to the construction of UC (Unified Communication) and VC (Video Communication) environments for end users.
 Supports the design / introduction of UC environment to sales companies. (Participation in study groups, outline design, PoC, design support, introduction support, transition support, project management, etc.)
 Provide training and operational advice when introducing the UC environment. / Carry out fault isolation and manufacturer escalation.
 Create introduction cases and verification result reports, share information inside and outside the company, and use it for pre-sales activities.
 As a pre-sales engineer, build relationships with dealer / reseller engineers and vendor engineers.
 Make an effort to acquire the skills necessary for the above activities. Acquire various engineering certifications as necessary.


 Proposal / design / construction skills for UC / VC environments such as Cisco, POLYCOM, Zoom, AVAYA, NEC, Hitachi, OKI, etc.
 Microsoft proposal / design / construction skills such as Skype, MS Teams, O365
 Project management skills, communication skills, facilitation skills
 Japanese: Mandatory native
 English: Reading technical materials and email communication are required ※ Business communication is possible
