Leading Cardiovascular and Pacemaker company is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for IMMEDIATE start.

Prepare and implement a launch plan for new products and track the result./新製品のローンチおよび販売進捗の管 理:

  • Estimate marketing trend for mid term and long term./中期・長期的なマーケティング動向の把握と予測
  •  Make sales promotion program and implement that to hit AOP./セールスプロモーション・プログラムの企画と実行  Strengthen, maintain, and build up ties with domestic and overseas KOLs in order to enhance the SJM market brand./国内外の主要顧客との関係構築と維持
  • Make clinical studies frame and support them in order to make use of them to prove our product benefit./関係 部門と協力し、取扱い製品の有効性を証明するためのクリニカル・スタディの企画サポート
  • Develop and implement clinical and product education programs for employees and customers./関係部門と協 力し、顧客および社員向けクリニカルおよび製品教育プログラムの開発と実行サポート
  • Make accurate sales estimates for the products and maintain suitable inventory levels in cooperation with the Operations Department./関係部門と協力し、取扱製品の販売予測と在庫レベルのマネジメント
  • Develop and maintain good partnership relations with HQ Marketing and related division to ensure a reliable supply of products, timely access to information, product improvements, and the development of new products./本 社関係部門との強固な関係構築

  • Marketing experience in AF, EP field (sales experience is acceptable if having enough and fully EP experience, English capability) 同分野でのセールス経験者も検討可能
  • Product marketing manager experience in Medical Device Industry (3 year+)/医療機器メーカーでのプロダクト・マネ ジャー経験(3 年以上)
  • English communication skills including speaking /英語コミュニケーションスキル(会話含めビジネス遂行できる英語 力、単独で米国と電話会議ができるレベルが期待値) - PDCA を自分の力で進められること
