Job Description Lead new product projects, including business cases assessment, R&D processes support, brand strategy development, promotional program execution.
Improve / develop marketing skills as a team through both strategic projects and tactical tasks.
Collaborate with relevant internal functions and external partner to execute critical cross-functional projects, including new product development, product quality/supply issues, etc.
Contribute to build team culture on trust and respect for each other.
Requirements Product Launch Experience : Class 3 or above (class 4 ) new product launch
Marketing experience, strategy planning before Pharmaceutical Application stage. Suggest what data is necessary aligned to promotion plan or selling strategy.
Medical device experience is a must
