Job Description
– Support all activities of product manager
– Implement approved brand strategy and tactics above in order to establish brand
positioning
• Develop and deliver effective communication and among relevant divisions
• Develop and manage relationship b/w KOLs and influence structure
• Manage and implement programs and projects
• Create promotional tools that truly materialize brand strategy
• Create the most effective and efficient delivery system of product message
to target customers
– Track the effectiveness of each activity and tool to future decisions
• Set and measure KGI & KPI to improve effectiveness
• Analyze the KGI & KPI to make more informed future decisions
• Support PM to revise strategy and tactics, if necessary
– Support to manage financial objectives
Accomplish above items, this position need to take behavior as follows;
• Lead oneself, marketing team and cross-functional relationships
• Attitudes for growing each other in marketing team
Requirements
Bachler or more
More than 5 years’ experience of pharmaceutical company (especially Marketing, Sales, Medical)
Innovative thinking and feeling
Negotiation, Communication, Presentation skills
Good Microsoft Office ability, especially Power Point and Excel
Business English
