Job Description
・Manages communication , files, schedule, and scope of work.
・Review work for quality, adherence to specs
・Taking initiative to create and maintain the overall schedule working with each applicable leads
・Review work and track everything against the approved timeline and SOW, while overseeing the cross-functional teams
・Save all work to our internal system repository and route to review and approval Facilitate internal meetings with clear agendas and action points (via notes for aggregation with Account Management)
・Send out formal meeting minutes for internal within 24 hours (or sooner) after meeting

<Required Experiences and Skills>
+Business level English communication skills
+Minimum 3+ years of project management experience managing large customer oriented complex projects.
+PMI certification a strong plus.
+Experience of working in a marketing organization, IT consultation firm, web development firm, etc.
+MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
+MS Project knowledge is required.
+Must have basic understanding of development team Source Control/Versioning systems (CVS, Subversion).
+Working knowledge/familiarity with Content management systems, Application servers and Database servers.

Japanese:Native/Fluent level
English:Business Level (Reading and Writing is a must)
