Job Description
The successful candidate will lead a variety of projects to include, infrastructure, security and or application development with medium and complex uniqueness. These projects will have cross functional impact and medium system span. He/She will develop project plans, risk analysis, training plans, communication plans, etc to ensure project success. He/She will assist with establishing project budget scope, timeline for medium to high complex projects. Facilitates regular cross-functional team calls and accountable for overall initiative success. Produce weekly status report to key stakeholders and senior management teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops project plan and drives project milestones
Spearhead and manage all projects through all projects phases from initiation to closure
Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures
Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, and project planning skills
Apply risk management assessment in project planning / ongoing execution and resolves issues and conflicts associated with management of low to medium size project efforts.

Requirements

Ability to build and maintain relationships and partner effectively across internal and external teams
Proactively identify and meet customer and stakeholder needs
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be fluent in both English and Japanese
Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into practice
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong change management and facilitation skills
Demonstrated aptitude towards high standards for quality and performance
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with a hands-on management style

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5 years project management experience including management of large complex projects with large cross-functional teams
Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies as well as a solid understanding of industry best practices
Expert knowledge with Project, Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelor’s Degree required
PMI – PMP or PgMP preferred
