Job Description
Mission

Involved from pre-sales to handover, having total responsibility of execution
through project life cycle to fulfill customer requirement and deliver the companies product
and service successfully with customer satisfaction.
Project management shall have whole accountability of scope/schedule/cost/health
safety and environment management in accordance with the companies policy.
PGGI project manager shall handle power grid solution project such as substation
for PV power plant, biomass power plant, wind power plant, industrial plant, power
utility company and etc.

Main Accountability
Project Management
 Scope management: define the required scope of work from the contract
and clarification through pre-sales activity.
 Schedule management: define and coordinate the project schedule
internally and externally then well track the progress whole through
the project execution.
 Cost/Revenue management: manage the project cost, budget and revenue
during the project execution with the forecasting and actual tracking.
 Health safety and environment management: Whole project execution
shall be complied with the companies HSE policy and regulation.
 Risk management: identify risks and mitigation plan and then manage
through project life cycle in accordance with the companies procedure.
 Change management: record and manage any type of changes happening
during project execution including add-on sales opportunity.
 Procurement management: manage procurement of all required product and
services including coordination with factory or supplier in accordance
with the contract.
 Project leadership: organize and lead project team and identify
responsibility of all team members including internal/external
supplier toward the goal of the project.
 Stakeholder management: identify the stakeholder of the project and
establish effective communication and proper reporting.
 Lesson & learned: summarize lesson and learned through project
lifecycle and share with the whole stakeholders at the end of the
project.
 Clear target setting of the project and fulfill customer satisfaction

Requirements
At least 5 years experiences of project management in the industrial area
 Knowledge of power grid industry and business aspect
 Knowledge of power grid system and product
 Knowledge of documentation and drawing related to power grid system
 Basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain activity
 Experience in business communication with Japanese industrial customers
 Experience in business communication with domestic and overseas suppliers
 Experience in team management and mind set of work as a team
 Capability of pressure self-management and leader ship
 Fluent speaking, writing and reading in Japanese
 Fair communication in English
 Certificate and license related electrical engineering or management is
advantage
 PMP certification is advantage
