Job Contents:
- Clear analysis and administration of customer quality status and complaints
- Handling the customer claim from day 1 with frequent customer visits
- Immediate reaction to customer complaint by collecting issue and rejected part
- Handling of rejections per agreed flow chart
- Active follow-up of data flow between customer and Hella plant quality
- Follow-up of NG part handling from reporting NG part to issue closure
- Conveyance of the customer's way of thinking, methods and expectations to the plant quality
- Contribution to and checking of the necessary documentation on customer complaints and its root cause analysis
- Follow-up of timely processing of input as well as quality of input

- Minimum of 5yrs quality experience in automotive field
- Languages:Japanese(native) / English(business level)
- Electrical Engineering
- Basic quality systems
- Experience in production engineering / QA / good understanding of Measuring and testing technology
