Job DescriptionThis is a Mid-career Recruiter position.
Analysis, planning and project management for successful recruitment
Negotiation with external agents (recruitment agencies, etc.) and relationship development
Application promotion (meeting for agents, promotion of employee introduction, etc.)
Direct source (recruitment ) Utilization of media, SNS, etc.
Implementation of recruitment process (document selection, interview, candidate follow-up, etc.)
Reporting to the department in charge
Data management (using recruitment system, Excel, etc.)
Other recruitment related projects Lead
Mid-career recruitment experience.
Experience in recruitment agency would be great.
Personnel experience 2 years or more
(recruitment, client services related to recruitment, consulting experience welcome)
Fluent in Japanese / Business Level English
