Job Description
Depending on your experience, the person in charge will be divided into "domestic recruitment" and "overseas recruitment".
Main work contents:
New graduate recruitment planning, budget management, recruitment related work (interview, selection, retention, etc.)
Contact with recruiting companies and affiliated companies, negotiation work
University visits, independent on-campus and off-campus // Collaborative briefing sessions
Participation in overseas new graduate recruitment events
Campus Recruiting in Europe, America and Asian countries

3 years+ hiring experiences. (Overseas communication and hiring experience is welcomed)
Business-level English ability
Various Experience in planning and executing communication strategies/measures
Analysis/planning ability and proposal ability from the perspective of marketing
High communication ability (collaboration with a wide variety of stakeholders inside and outside the company)
Flexible thinking and execution ability to proceed with hypothetical thinking even in ambiguous situations
High integrity and basic handling of confidential information Understanding
