Job Description

1. Develop sourcing strategy, in line with the company / business strategy

 ・Strategic sourcing strategy for BI Japan is put in place
 ・Designed strategy is in accordance with organizational needs/strategy and policies
 ・Designed strategy is in accordance with BI global recruiting strategy
 ・Effectiveness of strategy is reviewed, analysed and revised as necessary to attract best in class talent at the right tim

 ・Quality, quantity and speed of hire are met with the target (KPI) to be defined separately
 ・Design and implement the recruiting activities for acquiring best in class mid careers as well as new grads
 ・Manage contracts and relationship with recruiting agencies so that they can quickly introduce BI the best talent while managing cost
 ・Provided recruiting guidance and advices are regarded as helpful by the internal customers
 ・Plan, develop and provide the trainings for the hiring managers to help them understand their expected role and behaviours as well as BI recruitment standard
 ・Recruiting experience of BI Japan is regarded satisfactory from the both hiring managers and candidates
 ・Design and implement internship programs for new grads candidates
 ・Recruiting status is managed and reported to internal stakeholders regularly as well as upon requested

Requirements

・ On-boarding and induction trainings are designed and implemented for the new hires to help them smoothly integrated into BI organization
・ On-boarding and induction trainings are regarded as satisfactory from the both hiring managers and new hires

 ・Competitive recruiting budget is planned, maintained and managed
 ・Explore new method, systems and tools for better efficiency
 ・Budget and spent status are reported to internal stakeholders regularly as well as upon requested

 ・Workforce plan related to recruiting activities is competitively designed
 ・Direct, consult and manage RPO vendors so that they can provide services effectively and efficiently
 ・Contingency workers are well managed and supported
