Job Description- To be able to lead and facilitate the process from initial candidate sourcing, candidate contract and to facilitate an outstanding candidate experience
- To be able to use direct recruiting techniques, using global tools and programs to identify potential candidates
- Responsible for identifying and implementing improvements within the recruitment process of the company
- To be up to date with the company requirements and goals
Requirements- Language ability: English and Japanese (Native Level)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment
- Experience in Human Resources, leadership, would be a benefit
