Job DescriptionDirect efficient and effective F&B operation activities of assigned outlet and maintain quality standards
Be responsible for reviewing staffing situation, business volume and labor costs regularly
Ensure revenue is maximized, including through upselling of products
Identify and enhance service activities.
Ensure service and kitchen areas meet the hotel's standards for hygiene, setup, and inventory control.
Monitor food quality and portion control and share feedback with culinary staff, maintaining smooth communication between kitchen and service sides.
Gather feedback from customers on service / product quality.
Identify issues and develop solutions for improvement.
Be responsible for staff training and ensure that staff's service standard's meet the hotel's standards.
Ensure that control procedures for liquors’ laws and regulations are adhered to.
Develop and implement employee training programs to ensure maximum productivity and maintain hotel's standards
Establishes work incentives and performance standards.
Ensures health and safety standards are met.
Ensures the outlet physical appearance meets business standard for employee / guest use and comfort.
Participate in the development of annual business plan related to assigned outlet and prepare forecasts to project expenses.
Analyse reports and identify deviation from business plan goals.
Work with the marketing division to plan and co-ordinate effective marketing programs.
Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals.
Support the hotel’s strategic business plan by aligning department’s activities and tactics with organization’s strategies
Create database of customer preferences and special requests to increase customer satisfaction and repeat customers
RequirementsGood experience in the F&B industry
Exceptional leadership skills with experience in training staff
Possesses knowledge in financel and marketing
