Job Description1. Strategic Effective talent acquisition for store management roles for all regions in Japan in a timely manner.
2. Proceed the multiple on-going projets together with HQ or with corporate functions in Japan.
3. Cooperating with retail counterparts, effectively propose a organization development.
4. Design, improve and deliver retail training sessions cooperating with retail training team.
5. Maintaining effective and useful data for retail KPIs.
6. Cope with employee issues in a timely manner.
Requirements1. 4 years and more experience in HR.
2. Good knowledge on strategic TA.
3. Well trained Excell skills.
4. Good command on English. (TOEIC 800+)
5. Team Player.
6. A sense of curiosity in overall HR, sense of advancement in skills and knowledge are highly appreciated.
7. Experience in Foregin company's HR is a plus.8. Experience in similar scale company's HR(around 700-1,000 employees) is a plus
