Job Description
-Plan and execute the retail marketing program that will drive high traffic to our stores.
-Track impact of retail marketing on retail revenue as well as KPI’s.
-Develop strong teamwork with key internal partners (Retail, Store Managers, Business, HQ Marketing, Operations and Finance).
-Work closely with the marketing team overseas
-Support the efforts of the Business team with appropriate marketing programs, sales tools and other requirements, with emphasis on generating traffic to the Business showroom (Live Office).

-3+ years of retail marketing experience at a retail driven brand – need to have experience with brand stores.
-Strong foundation of retail marketing, from idea generation, promotional program development, in-store execution and working closely with the store staff.
-Understanding of retail KPI’s
-Experience managing retail marketing vendors
-Teamwork skills and ability to collaborate in-market and globally
-Fluent Japanese, Business English
