A European fashion brand and one of the top luxury brands in the world is looking for a Retail Operations Assistant.

Job Description
This position will play a role in support of CRM and training members and in overseeing operational initiatives and activities, including but not limited to store projects, management of non-merchandise and selling tools such as uniforms, packaging, and tableware.

✓ Be responsible for Retail operations including administrative support
✓ Support for data Mining CRM & Retail databases
✓ Support for creating weekly and monthly CRM reports for local and global HQ
✓ Help to coordinate, and execute clienteling events and activities (DM, Pre-order events, etc.)
✓ Order, control, and distribute packaging guidelines and CRM tools
✓ Work closely with Retail Operation member and CRM, to plan and execute Retail strategies and initiatives
✓ Other ad hoc responsibilities and projects

✓ Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in the retail industry (understanding of retail business, demands, and needs;)
✓ Native level Japanese language skills / Business to Fluent level English language skills
✓ A strong interest and passion in Fashion
✓ Capable of working under pressure with a strong will to challenge new functions
✓ Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, & Word;
✓ Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and results oriented;
✓ Ability to work in a fast-paced, often-changing environment;
